Hi all the FTP is down. Had an issue with the server. I figured no oneused the FTP and more. As I had checked for months no one was adding to the aera. So I had an issue and pulled it. I will try over the next week to pull the info from the drive and put on my other server and let you folks no. But all the stuff is from old versions. Lucky if there is even X8 files one it. Will let you folks know when I have it backup.

OK sense it is a stripper plate he wants the cut to go out words to help pull. Now the only way to get to go one way is of course tell one way so it will pickup between each slice. Also find the best common point in the middle of the cavity to be the radial direction. You are also as pullo was stating you really do not have good control on step over between slices so keeplease the degrees small.

Robert , I did not see you ask for it but did you want the Machine sim with it? that is nice to have to if you go with the other besides Camplete. Postability is really good at this and tie a post to using the machine sim ti it. Were you at these days?

if you folks had updated your windows 10 to the new Version of 1709 and saw delays in mastercam. you will want to look for the new release of today. I downloaded the Version 1709 Build 16299.214 and this seems to of fixed a lot. this was updated as of today this build.

Thank for the follow up Ron on the whole Opti rough and boundary box issues with stock model. I agree that this has become more painful over the last few releases for sure. I feel I fight this more these days then in the past. just want to start on the outside and see the stock that is there. Welcome to the new Year.

You must. It pUT the USB to serial drivers in or just did not pick a Com port. Not all off the brand USB to serial adapters work. Also the default setting for fadal in the port setting are 7,even ,2,9600. We're did the cable from the DB9 to D25 cable come from. So start by making sure the computer sees the adapter and that it assigns a Com port to it like Com 3 exp.

Rafajel, In the fadal the normal to load a program is TA,1 this will use the default baud rate. If you put TA,1 in the header of the program you can load from the Command line. If you want to drip the program put DNC instead of TA,1.

Are you on a single hasp license or a Nethasp being a network license? if this is a Nethasp try as john stated. if not you will need to contact Cimco support im the US 704 644 3587 ask for editor support with Mastercam.

Seems as you are confusing gap setting with radial step overs. Yes gap settings are what happens between each slice lie the step over . Do you understand using gap settings on the classic paths and the HST?

Neurosis the 1.025 was more of standard to say Alum wax shrink. it really is not the same across the board for all metals. I should stated that when I first answered this almost 15 years ago.. Are you doing a mold. I think my Brother inlaw Scott bond still knows most of the shrinkage's for a lot of them . I could ask.

Does your machine support Peck taping? if so then you need to find the proper codes for it and have this added to your post like Husker stated.

How about just left clicking the tool path icon. Or right click and go to verify.

What Mastercam are you running. by that you can use the communications in Mastercam. Cable connections are important. What is the machine are you connecting RS232 or say Ethernet. As of X8 the communications is all CIMCO now. You can download or trial Version if you like. or talk to inhouse that hosts this site. Were are located?

I have the M4000 on my new rig my last one has a older 4000 on it. there for sure a difference on handling models for sure. After I got my new rig I saw that Nvida had came out with the new series the p series.
