  1. I'm running Background (gradient start) = 0 Background (gradient end) = 8 looks pretty much the same as Programinator.
  2. If you have very deep pockets, buy a few Yasda's. Then they won't be deep anymore....
  3. I don't believe it will show that, just like it won't show sparks and the tool melting or breaking.
  4. Our's is utterly useless as well, our documents folder is synced to the server and it makes launching the Machsim so slow it's not even worth the time. It takes Mastercam at least 5 minutes close at the end of the day, everyone's workstation does it, not just mine. The only thing I can come up with that would be the cause is the Sync Center.
  5. For every one person you hear complaining about MC2020, there are 1000's that are getting along just fine. Is it perfect? No, no software is, but it's the tool we choose to use and I've made a great life for my family and I. It will be just fine.
  6. You have some of the best in the industry offering help and this is how you respond!
  7. Just create one point, then use transform Rectangular Array.
  8. I've used MPMaster in the past worked pretty good
  9. I always right click in the ops manager to get access to my toolpaths, always have.
  10. Yasda might do that tolerance, MAN that IS TIGHT!!!
  11. Wow, DDR3, man that's old stuff right there!! Yeah, a new computer would do wonders.
  12. How much is it to send someone to TS training these days?
  13. The highspeed paths tend to work better with endmill's, so you can take advantage of the flute length. The button cutter can't get the depth of cut to really see much gain.
  14. it's been so long sense I ran V5-V9 I would be lost. When X came out I jumped in with both feet and never looked back!!
  15. That's how I do it, and it Post's a g98 with it as well.
  16. Maybe do a force tool change, not sure if transform would respect that or not.
  17. How about make a flat round surface and use surface finish spiral, or is the peelmill look what your going for?
  18. These will make your life so much better. I've used the CNC Modular System and it is so worth the money!! They come with recommended speed and feed chart for different dia. and materials. https://www.doriantool.com/knurling-tools/
  19. I've seen that with Pro-E files. I think we just had them redo the radii or something.
  20. You would need to know where each of the probe tips are and you should be able to use a G10 shift to set the offset. I would use single surface probing and then shift those values. I'm sure my thinking is the hard way but I might get you going in the right direction.
