    ok, this is weird,i pull in one file choose circle center and i can put any dia i want, i pulled in another file and circle center and dia is grayed out, if i then re-select point origin i can type in any dia

    3.5 x .5 DOUBLE LEAD TAP The lead of a tap is the distance it will travel along it's axis in one revolution. A double lead will travel twice that distance in one revolution.
